I oversee the training team at Datadog to ensure that we are constantly improving our customer-facing education efforts. In this role I: * Partner with our engineering and product teams to guide our Technical Curriculum Developers to produce engaging high-quality training courses and content for Datadog’s customers and employees. * Evaluate customer training requirements, and oversee our team as we turn those requirements into a roadmap with clearly scoped courses that have well-defined learning paths. * Developed an interview rubric and hiring plan that was successfully executed to grow the Customer Education & Training from 7 to 14 members. * Transformed our workshop strategy into a highly scalable initiative by creating dynamic playbooks with self-service options for other Datadog teams, facilitating thousands of interactions, resulting in proven correlation between program expansion and increased Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). * Provided program management for workshops at Datadog's DASH conference and summits, fostering collaboration among over 100 trainers and teaching assistants with unprecedented success internationally. * Improved CSAT scores at events year over year even as we increased efficiency and effectiveness: offering more workshops while decreasing Technical Curriculum Developers time on the project. * Orchestrated a comprehensive search and complete migration to a new learning management system (LMS) and interactive lab platform in 2022. * Collected and analyzed data to make strategic decisions that grew engagement and completion rates for self-paced courses and workshops. * Assisted with the creation of a Datadog certification program and coordination with psychometricians from our vendor for test development and delivery.

In 2016, I ceased sales operations and assist the board of directors to transition Enjoy Creativity into maintenance mode to facilitate my move to a full-time position at a different company. * Managing and sustaining websites for a diverse array of nonprofit organizations to ensure seamless functionality and optimal utilization of vital online platforms. * Managing financial operations and overseeing the meticulous preparation and submission of state and federal tax filings and regulatory paperwork to maintain nonprofit status for our organization.* Conducting strategic meetings with board members to collaboratively formulate our annual plan and establish objectives to ensure continued stability.
