Marketing leader responsible for planning, development and managing spend of all eMerge Americas’ marketing strategies, corporate communications, public relations, marketing events, and activities, both external and internal. Oversee the development and implementation of sponsor and community partner support materials, website, app, online tools, and educational services. Set the direction for all media and social engagement efforts. (AREAS OF SUPERVISION: DIRECT All aspects of Marketing. This includes, brand identity, creative, end-user communications, corp comms, PR, social media, analytics, web development and management, material creation, events, agency management, etc…)• Spearheaded and executed inaugural Regional LATAM eMerge Americas Roadshow – 6 Countries• Managed the launch of the first bilingual eMerge website & mobile app with CRM and database integration.• Develop and manage a robust digital strategy focused on raising brand awareness and increasing both 2015 and 2016 attendance. (surpassed 13,000 attendees, 400 Companies, +125 Speakers and 2.4B Media Impressions)• Manage the organization’s PR and Communications – Media / Journalist, Industry Analysts, Bloggers, Influencers• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners – PCWorld, NY Times, People en Español, NBCU, America Economia, and others.ACHIEVEMENTS:- Exceeded prior year’s Sponsorship target by 320% (primarily due to negotiations with Clear Channel, NBC Universal, Telemundo, Visa, and others)- Exceeded in registrant targets by 30%- Managed and launched inaugural eMERGE LA Roadshow in key LA markets (+800 attendees)
