My time at Pyramid Technology gave me the opportunity to expand on and leverage previous customer service experience whilst continuing to grow my technical knowledge in the I.T industry. Initially starting in the repair centre, I spent my first few years learning about the wonders of Symmetric multiprocessing. This led to an opportunity to help create a new ANZ based Customer Support Division. This provided me with a great foundation around the principles of customer support and service across a wide variety of IT infrastructure and Unix based operating Systems.My final years in this role focused on learning the art of technical presales whilst continuing to provide customer support for existing large enterprise accounts. The presales experience gave me an opportunity to develop a consultative selling approach that focused on solving customer business problems using Information Technology solutions.

Working in Professional Audio was an exciting and varied role in what was my first venture into the workforce. Studying Electronics at College and learning the ropes in supporting the Entertainment Industry had me wear a number of hats. From the building and installation of audio equipment to servicing digital and valve technology. In between the hands-on building and service work, you would find me in the shop selling and consulting on professional audio solutions. The Professional Audio industry was great exposure to the many and varied aspects of providing excellent customer service.
