CurrentHandling all employee relations matters for university employees on an investigation case basis. Working with the human resource manager as well as HR director on diversity and inclusion matters to benefit employee morale. Handling all Leave of absence and ADA accommodation request while maintaining federal guidelines. Working closely with learning and development on training opportunities as well as employee development plans. Working with the HR manager on performance management tools and improvement. Actively facilitating panel interviews with department managers to fill possible position requesitions.
