InHouse Assist was built to provide RPO sourcing services for its’ customers. It strategically served healthcare organizations across the country that were recruiting nurse, allied and physician talent. Part of the founding team that built InHouse Assist from it’s first customer, and in less than 4 years built an organization of more than 60 employees that was serving more than 300 customers.Clients included Fortune 500 health systems, large University institutions (ie.
