Responsible for developing, coordinating, managing, and producing the analytical environment for TD Bank N.A. Retail Credit portfolios to achieve Financial (measurement, forecasts and business budgets) and Credit estimates that support portfolio and executive strategies and decisions, in accordance with the governing principles based on risk appetite guidelines. Primarily responsible for effectively managing and monitoring data and control risk of the retail lending segments within TD Bank.

Resposible for the risk assessment of newly acquired credit card accounts, including: - CCAR submission for credit card new account loss forecast, baseline and scenario expectations.- Develop and present forecast over forecast variance explanations with a focus on modeled and overlay contributions.- Unit rate loss analysis, with severity components incorporating loss predictors such as: credit file data, early delinquency and historical loss performance correlations, and account behavior characteristics.- Develop 30 day delinquencies guardrails at multiple month on book intervals to be used for credit strategy implementation, with a focus on maintaining loss targets.- Portfolio based forecasting for affinity partnerships and emerging credit (distressed and student portfolios).- Managed the efforts of up to 3 analysts.- Develop SAS Code, data mining techniques, as well as EXCEL / ACCESS/ Tableau modules for forecast development and reporting purposes.- Deliver loss forecasts and present to senior management, via powerpoint and other presentation mediums.

Develop, modify and evaluate new account credit strategies (automated and judgmental lending) in support of Bank of America's Consumer credit card portfolio. Included yes/no decisions strategies, line assignment, exposure management, and marginal risk management.

Managed the budget and execution of marketing campaigns which targeted prospective credit card customers through magazine adds, take ones, TV commercials, airline flights. Responsibilities included developing the analytics behind new marketing strategies, presenting opportunities to senior management, and execution.

Prior to my current position at Bank of America, I spent 15 years with MBNA, a global leader in the Consumer Credit Industry., which was acquired by BAC. While at MBNA I worked in various capacities with an emphasis in analytical roles. Continuously developing data skills and applying them to business challenges. I was also fortunate enough to serve as a project manger in both the main frame systems and call center (VRU) environments.
