CurrentWith experience gained from lobbying on both sides of the Atlantic and both sides of the English Channel, as well as Big Law and elite boutique law firm training and experience, I serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for my clients. The majority of my work comes via referral from law and lobbying firms. Primarily I assist clients who require creative solutions and sometimes discretion. Recent projects include:-Advising a food industry client regarding the defense of intellectual property claims pursuant to the Lanham Act.-Assisting one of the world's largest retailers with its response to a regulatory investigation brought by the Canadian Competition Commission.-Counseling a national operator of hospitals and healthcare facilities with regard to defense of state and federal class action litigation.-Advising a travel business in relation to its investigation by the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.-Representing healthcare clients concerned with federal pre-emption issues in the context of state laws regulating pharmacy benefit managers.
