Represented clients in complex commercial litigation, banking fraud, product liability and bankruptcy related matters, internal corporate investigations, as well as miscellaneous experience in appeals, criminal matters, and family court matters.Experience included litigating airplane crashes around the world on behalf of the Piper Bankruptcy Trust pursuant to the chapter 11 channeling injunction; investigation of the Providence international ponzi scheme run between Miami, São Paulo and the Channel Islands; and investigation of fraud and money laundering in the Patriot National matter.

Managed a number of research and lobbying projects for government, military, and commercial clients, specializing in the energy and aviation sectors. Matters included public opinion and lobbying campaigns on housing policy, airport expansion for the London area, the Sizewell C nuclear power station project, tobacco regulation, rail franchise policy, as well as unique matters relating to aid and development in Africa on behalf of the Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the Court of St. James's at the time of the M23 rebellion in the DRC/Rwanda/Uganda border region.

Managed publishing and other initiatives supporting civil rights in the Middle East, and promoting human rights in illiberal and non-democratic societies around the world.
