New logistic HUB project. 1. Define AS IS in current warehouse: flows, logistics means (storage means like racks, IT means, forklifts...), inbound and outbound processes, fill rate, stock location according to ABC classification... 2. Define and propose TO BE for future warehouse: in charge of layout definition (mainly based on stock rotation, industrial assessment requirements and quality requirements), analyse future stock according the furure production rates, analyse surface needs, propose storage means (cantilever, conventional shelves...), number of docks based on the truck arrivals (analysing peaks and ways to smooth these arrivals), inbound and outbound processes...

Consultant in a continuous improvement department, working in several projects under supply chain/logistics/planning and schedule production scope. Responsible of propose and lead new improvements, always focused in get savings in time and cost terms. These improvement are managed following a project methodology.Improvements are mainly focused on:- Inventory reduction: stock optimization through deep analysis of the stock needs and coverage, lead times, forecast, ABC and XYZ analysis, safety stock…- Digital transformation: implementing new technologies (Sap Lumira, Palantir, customized solutions...) to help the organization to improve business processes (gathering requirements, testing solutions, follow up and monitorization...)- Warehouse management. Optimize its operations, picking, layout, storage system (different kind of shelves according the goods, needs, stock).- Planning and schedule production: MPS, MRP, reoder points, bill of materials, forecast, kanban...

Working with MM, SD and PM modules for Guardia Civil.Consultant responsible of tasks as stock management, demand planning, purchases orders, MRP, goods movements, material management, invoicing, sales order, outbound and inbound deliveries, functional locations, maintenance orders, etc. Giving functional support to the technical team and managing improvements "end-to-end".Implementation of SAP MM module for Ence.Customizing, functional design and unit test about invoicing, pricing, goods movements and stock management, smartforms, updating data to the system and giving functional support to the technical team (onshore and offshore).
