Performed the necessary lab work while working together with a newly engaged CEO to develop strategies for the new franchise and each department's success. Allocate the resources department managers need, such as funds, labor and equipment, to ensure they meet their goals. Provide updates on strategy and franchise performance at regular Board meetings. Develop and implement department budgets. Maintain a constant focus on and performance of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.

Polyremedy provided integrated wound management systems.that offered wound assessment software and accompanying personalized advanced wound dressings. I am accountable for product development, staffing and management of operations, manufacturing, materials management, logistics, regulatory oversight, and facilities at Polyremedy’s San Jose, California facilities. I am a member of the senior leadership team.Due to Polyremedy's inability to achieve commercial success, I pivoted the company and brand into a cosmetic goods business model and re-tasked Polyremedy's science into a new skin deep healing product , Nuvesse, has been formed to take the skin healing properties of the serums developed for Polyremedy's Healsmart wound dressings and applying them to rejuvenating skin.

My responsibilities covered domestic and off shore daily operations of the dental laboratories in the Trident group of companies. I provided overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization. I ensured that the enterprises technology was benchmarked to currently available and accepted materials and techniques for the industry.

Established new operation and respective department budgets. Diversified existing manufacturing capabilities, Applied versitilities to core technologies and to existing enterprise operations. Created supply chain management policies, P&L responsibility, Headed compliance and regulatory accreditation , ERP, LEAN/SIX SIGMA driven manufacturing environment.
