Since graduating from a Russell group university in 2021, I have been supported by gtd healthcare to apply my high-level academic knowledge to the context of healthcare and customer service.From both my work experience and degree, I have developed an impressive skillset including:- The ability to critically analyse scenarios to discover the most appropriate solution.- The ability to work independently.- Confidence in using my intuition when tasked with vague assignment briefs.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- An eye for detail and producing high-quality work.Following a promotion to Senior Administrator in 2024, I have gained insight into various organisational protocols and structures such as workflow management, team leadership and business operations.My areas of interest include Neuropsychology, Organisational Psychology, and Management. However, my enthusiasm towards using my current abilities in novel, challenging workplace environments encourages me to be open to career opportunities in all sectors.
