Duties & Responsibilities:• Diagnose complex faults from aircrew briefs, reporting as necessary to senior management and raising the necessary limitations paperwork and subsequent maintenance work orders in order to plan and manage daily taskings effectively.• Ensure that all specialist measurement equipment and test gauges are serviceable for use, managing aspects of calibration and replacing items as they expire.• Manage the correct use of tooling and comply with Military Aviation Procedures in regards to tool control measures.• Demonstrate leadership on all aspects of fault rectification, scheduled and out of phase maintenance in order to maintain operational effectiveness and airworthiness; forecasting subsequent maintenance activities as required.• Liaise with internal and external agencies and stakeholders in order to achieve KPIs set for the department.• Manage the procurement of all resources required for maintenance.
