Managing Commercial and Utility battery storage Sales in French speaking territories and Nordics countries.Developed the biggest continental Europe 50MW/100MWh plant in Belgium (revenue, financing, permitting, supply).

Leading Tesla Energy business and sales development in french speaking (France, West Africa, North Africa,...) countries in the EMEA zone, including sales development, contract negotiations, sales strategy, EPC negotiation, project initiation, policy market discussions,... Tesla is now #1 supplier of C&I and utility sized storage system in France and French islands, accounting about 100 MWh connected or to be (0,5C).Have been leading the first biggest storage project in the Nordics.Tesla has the biggest installed based of stationary storage in the world covering all kind of applications (capacity market, micro grid, load shifting, island grid, ...)

Head of the EU and African solar business for AUO. Managing a team of high talented people responsible of channel business (distribution) and direct sales (projects, key accounts,..) in main EU countries.Developed new countries from scratch to #1 and #2 position in main EU markets.In the Top 5 of EU suppliers (double digits market shares in all main EU markets) and #1 in France, #2 in Benelux, #2 in Spain/PT,... AUO was awarded Top EU PV brand in 2017. Have generated more than 200 M USD in 5 years in FR and over 600 M in EU.Managed all key accounts and large scale projects of more than 10 MWp. Managed complex tender bidding (CRE,carbon footprint,....) in France. Daily contact with Taiwan HQ to define strategy and long term plan (products, sales, factories,....). Structured cross functional team between EU and HQ for daily operations.Have been leading the implementation of a manufacturing partnership in France during 3 years.

I was responsible for technical support, applications engineering, local product management for SunPower Application engineering:• Support the full range of SunPower products as well as Balance of Systems (BOS) products sold to the channel.• Provide customers with a best-in-class PV systems design and project management capabilities. Management of 3 Engineers dedicated to design in Manilla (factory) and Poland. Put in place design and validation process of PV systems to support partners on the field• Collaborate in a best-in-class technical support infrastructure to support SunPower’s installer base.• Develop PV systems solutions and work closely with training and sales departments to implement solutions across the installer base.• Conduct inspections of installations to issue and maintain installer partners’ certifications.Product management (Rooftop and BIPV expert):• Engage in the product launch process (GTM) and quality process (FMEA, six sigma,...)• In charge of product certifications for French market (CSTB ATEC and CEIAB on Solrif and PowerGuard products) and product improvement close with the product management team. • Passing CEIAB certifications for Sorif (max FiT for all type of roof) and PowerGuard (Max FiT for flat roofs).• Product management of Solrif line (GTM). Improvement of the product with Schweizer and SunPower reliability department. Developing high level relationship with Schweizer R&D. Passing CSTB Avis Technique with Schweizer (conducting wind test and file redaction).• Development of Wind and Snow calculator for Europe following Eurocode 1 in France and Italy (NF EN 1991-1-4 and 3 (France), UNI 10012 (Italy), DIN 1055-4:2005-03, (Germany)). Participating in development of wind and snow and design software for Solrif for Europe.• Expert for roofing, mechnical structure and building regulation (part of R&D project In the US)• Expert for BIPV solution into SunPower in Europe (Training, launching of Solrif in different countries)

Leader in the solar field in France, Sunnco made solar and renewable installations for people and professionnal.Residential (BtoC):I'm was in charge of the organisation and planification of the team works for the residential market.I growled the residential installation from 10 to more than 100 per week (3 KWp kits) all over France.Sunoco became the market leader in 3 years.I was the technical reference for the sale teams.BtoB:I've managed some of the first big project for the BtoB market in France, from the commercial negociations, the designing and the organisation of the building site (complete EPC work).
