Primary Responsibilities:Master Body Geometry FIT Technician-Certified through the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine.I make macro and micro adjustments to a client's bicycle and their bicycle equipment to provide a completely customized feel and fit to their specific riding experience, alleviating any potential medical issues, and helping to support and accommodate any physical discomforts and extremities. Leading our sales team to deliver a tailored experience to each and every client that comes through our doors. This comes from listening to each client so as to better accommodate and service their appropriate needs and wants. My goal is to provide the right product knowledge/service ability to suggest and demonstrate each benefit to each client. I am able to do so by making the time to have personal experience and opinions on the product/service and staying relevant with the market. Including: Mechanical duties, Purchasing/Check-in, Stocking, Ordering, Social Media Marketing, Emails, and Event planning.

Serving, handling cash, register duties, end of day reports, cleaning equipment management, maintenance, inventory management, scheduling and managing other employees, keeping all fresh ingredients on a balanced schedule, and weekly ordering.

Responsible for organizing and stocking all items in both the greenhouse and the produce/gift shop, distributing plants to different areas of the property based upon sunlight, making repairs to any equipment, operating forklift, loading and unloading of shipments, attending to customers, inventory counts, cash wrap duty, janitorial needs.
