I was responsible for designing, managing, and troubleshooting our Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, AWS, and Azure environments. I independently designed and deployed the Intune infrastructure and MDM solution for Mac, PC, and mobile devices, which automated Windows 11 deployments across the company. I also configured the company portal app, empowering users to self-install applications without helpdesk assistance.In addition, I implemented SSO with automatic provisioning for company applications using both Azure AD and Okta, and rolled out MFA organization-wide. I successfully led the full migration of our on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra for the end-user environment. I also played a key role in redesigning our production environment’s Active Directory, ensuring it met industry standards and group policy requirements. Moreover, I configured our Azure environment to integrate with AWS, establishing a multi-cloud infrastructure for enhanced high availability.

After setting up the Technical Operation Center we were able to correct over 500+ issue in the environment in the first 3 months. Built out a complete monitoring solution using solarwinds and setup, alerts to our ticketing system. Also we started doing proper documentation on all app and resources. Because of our monitoring solution we able save over $200k in resources, when we had a major hurricane . Because we knew what was impacted at each of our sites instead of sending teams to investigate each location.
