I work in all facets of the business from business origination to executing transactions.Over the past several years, my focus has been primarily healthcare real estate, where I have helped to execute transactions in excess of $3 billion in total transaction value involving over 3.5 million square feet of medical real estate.I have extensive experience underwriting and valuing medical real estate properties from the acquisitions, dispositions and development perspective with respect to both property-level economics and optimal capitalization strategies.In addition, I am proficient in developing medical real estate solutions on behalf of hospitals and health systems with respect to their owned real estate, addressing issues such as valuations, lease analysis, asset management, property management, income and expense analysis, balance sheet impact, and ground leases.Proficient with all varieties of real estate financial modeling ranging from standard property-level pro-forma projections to complex joint venture and waterfall structures. I am very competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) as well as ARGUS.
