Finding Workable Solutions (FWS) Inc was a not-for-profit organization which provides employment services and opportunities for people with disabilities. In late 2017 I steered the organisation towards a merger with Hands on SA, a similar sized NFP. I'm confident that the merger will strengthen both organisations and make them better placed to tackle the challenges and opportunities of the NDIS.
