The organisation supports around 40,000 kids each year.The role of CEO was to ensure Variety’s strategic and operational objectives were achieved. The key focus was the provision of leadership through the development and implementation of the organisational vision, development and maintenance of strategic relationships, securing funding and sponsorship, delivery of major iconic events and to build awareness of Variety as a leading charity for children.

Pymble Ladies’ College is one of the largest non-selective, independent schools in Australia for girls with over 2,300 students. The role provided strategic leadership on all matters that enhanced the effectiveness, efficiency and overall management of the operational activities of the College. It ensured the areas of Development (Philanthropy), Events, Marketing and Communications, Enrolments, College Shop, Theatre, Facilities and Co-Curricular Sport & Activities and Music were reviewed, resourced and effectively managed to support the current and future needs of the College.It had oversight of operating and capital budgets in excess of $20M p.a. and a co-curricular program which offered over 70 sport and activities. This role also project managed the delivery of the $34M Centenary Sports Precinct project which included an indoor aquatic centre, learn to swim pool, fitness centre, car park and playing field.

Spanned all areas of the business including finance, governance, human resources, information technology, marketing & communications, infrastructure and administration.
