I was a Project Manager for the Data Mapping and Technical teams as a part of a larger project implementing Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning and Demand Planning applications. As part of this role, I served as a point person for the client leadership team, collaborated with the functional project managers and solution architects for status updates and issue resolution. Worked with the client technical PMs to coordinate meetings, help get any issues or delays resolved and provide status updates. Managed and supported the project plan for the technical area and ensuring steps progressed from both the data mapping and technical areas for the project. Assisted with the building and continued maintenance of a set of dashboards that the client and internal teams would use reference to show status of process definition, functional design, solution design, technical design, and data mapping. Developed a user guide for the dashboards and provided a training session for internal and external team members.
