Over the last 40 years, I have successfully planned, led and delivered many high-profile protester and public order enforcement operations, including the anti-HS2 protests and in particular the tunnel protests at Euston, Wendover and Swynnerton. You may have read about these in the media.As an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer, I am also very experienced in the successful seizure and sale of high value assets, in particular aircraft, aviation equipment, and other technically complex entities, including fine art and collectables (a sign on one of my former office doors read "Art, Aviation & Anarchy Dept."). In addition to enforcement and security operations, I have extensive expertise in health and safety management, quality standards compliance and implementation, systems design and integration, electronic data interchange systems, business continuity systems design and management.I was responsible for the design, build and operation of the award-winning EDI system which is used by HMCTS to access DVLA data.I assist and coach junior colleagues studying for the certificate & diploma in High Court enforcement on the pathway to authorisation as a High Court Enforcement Officer, and support our professional organisation through my work as a board member of the HCEOA (www.hceoa.org.uk).For the future, I aim to continue delivering successful enforcement and recovery solutions, through project planning, leadership, staff development, process management and the continued development of a global network for legal services and enforcement delivery.
