Accredited as Minister at Large in the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada (C&MA). Dave also assisted Quinte Alliance Church in Belleville, where he significantly promoted the Church through the largest outreach initiatives the church has ever had (over 1000 attendees at Road to Bethlehem and 750 for Father’s Day, etc.), as well as other community outreach campaigns. Additionally, Dave assisted the church by establishing an extensive Congregational Care and Connections team, while training ministry leaders and speaking at strategic events.

As the Ontario Director, it was Dave's role to network with Christians in the marketplace, to launch and facilitate chapters across Ontario, to provide regular Bible studies related to the marketplace, to equip, and inspire Christian entrepreneurs to reach out with the love of Christ in the marketplace, and connect marketplace leaders with local churches.
