After nearly 12 years, I then founded my first company Millennium Realty in 1998 and then became ERA Millennium Realty in 2003. In Feb 2012 I merged my company with ERA Colonial Real Estate. After 4 years in 2016, I went back out on my own and began my new and present Independent Brokerage company, Aston & Associates, Real Estate Consultants. With over 35 years of real estate experience, I've had a successful real estate career and and one point created a niche in selling REOs (foreclosed properties) for various banks and lending institutions. During that time, I was consistently ranked among the Top Producing Realtors in the Austin Area. For several years in the early part of my career, I was an asset manager and has sold real estate for various banks and lending institutions in all 50 states. Throughout my decades in real estate, I have always provided superior Real Estate Services. I always provide the highest quality of services in everything I do and my service area consist of all the Central Texas Area, covering Travis, Hays, Williamson, Bastrop, Blanco and Caldwell Counties, TX.When it comes to buying or selling real estate, it's essential to have a skilled, seasoned real estate professional managing the transaction to ensure everything is handled with care.
