▪ Managing 67 customer centers covering Upper Egypt, red sea, and the new valley. ▪ Providing sales training for corporate products. ▪ Update the sales team with recent products through monthly meetings. ▪ Communicate with the marketing to provide tailored offers. ▪ Analyzing sales reports to refine targets and find areas of potential growth.

▪ Opening new corporate accounts. ▪ Managing existing accounts.▪ Expansion of existing accounts and upselling. ▪ Assign sales targets for both Hurghada and Assiut customer centers. ▪ Reviewing sales reports and updating top management accordingly.

▪ Dealing with customers and handling their inquiries and complains in a professional and welcoming way ▪ Selling & up selling our new products and services by creating and satisfying customer needs. ▪ Taking the roll of the handset champion to enhance and develop the handset sales figures in the branch. ▪ Dealing with the concerned departments to assure serving the customer complaints in minimum time frame. ▪ Submitting different reports to our shop manager and to the other departments.

Sales and Marketing roles:▪ Sell/cross sells bank products (Supplementary cards, personal loans) and services as appropriate to customer needs and generates sales leads for other units to follow up with the customers. ▪ Responsible to sell and market Loan installment program on credit cards “Lop & Ebb”. ▪ Responsible to sell credit cards insurance on cc “Credit Shield”. ▪ Identify potential customer opportunity to deepen customer relationship (cross-selling) to make sure that the customer is updated on all latest products, policy information. Customer service roles:▪ Provide customer service and perform financial transactions to all customers. ▪ Resolve customer complaints in minimum time frame in a friendly and efficient manner while maintaining courtesy and professionalism. ▪ Responsible for transfers between accounts and calculating interests & exchange rates. ▪ Resolving customer problems and requests as necessary by interacting with other internal departments.

▪ Presenting information to customers about company services ▪ Selling all company products and upselling all the new services. ▪ Making contracts with clients. ▪ Handling customer problems or forwarding them to the concerned department.
