This was a continuation of my work for the Boly:Welch Nike contract.

• Qualified second source batteries for Nike Adapt self-lacing shoes. Worked with suppliers, created and performed test plan to understand quality which included cycle testing, CT scanning, x-ray, and verification of size, capacity, and all other drawing specifications• Worked with software and manufacturing team to optimize manufacturing tests to help reduce manufacturing time and cost• Performed FA on failed PCBAs and failed lacing systems• Helped perform validation testing for the EE design team. This included validating I2C, SPI, and I/O signals on the PCBA

• Worked with an engineering team to design circuits to control pumps, valves, vacuum, speaker, user LCD display, emergency shut off, and different sensors for the Revelar device• Used Altium Designer PCB design software to create and maintain revisions of schematics, layout designs, and BOMs for multiple unique PCBAs • Worked with Revelar software and mechanical team as well as contract engineers to design PCBAs for form, fit, and function in the Revelar device• Designed, tested, created drawings, and created BOMs for cable assemblies in the Revelar device• Manufactured cables and assembled PCBs for prototype builds by hand and worked with contract manufacturers for larger builds • Assembled prototypes of the Revelar system which included electronics, cables, mechanical components, fluidic tubing, and device housing• Performed functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic components, PCBAs, and cable designs in the system using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and air flow meters
