Leading a team of Projects Managers, Delivery Managers and Solutions Architects to deliver projects for Police, HMPO, Biometrics and other high profile departments.Assignment Highlights to date:• Developed and imbedded end to end DC Customer Tenancy Onboarding Process• Defined the quality standards and governance structure enabling PM’s to consistently deliver• Built strong working relationships with other departments where these relationships had been traditionally dysfunctional e.g. Live Services, Operational Change, Testing and Demand Management• Developed delivery and run cost models to accurately budget, forecast and track project expenditure• Significantly improved delivery timelines and customer satisfaction by enhancing business engagement, communications and demand management strategies• Led the data migration of 120TB of unstructured data files and folders from legacy, failing EoL NAS to performant, supported, future state platform

The problem is due to outdated practises caused by: • A reliance on paper based records; nothing is digitalised. • A lack of real-time, transparent data, making it impossible to validate a modern, transient workforce. • Convoluted and ever changing legislation • A lack of regulation, monitoring and accountability • Organisational inconsistencies; lack of process and standardisation • An ignorance of responsibilities and best practice Current practices are therefore outdated and wholly inadequate, compromising the safety of our children.Who needs it? Leading the team to deliver the Trusts £85m Strategic Transformational IT Outsource. Reporting to the CIO and SRO (COO), I successfully managed the IT Outsource provider CGI through Service Transition and Transformation of all commodity IT Infrastructure components.My team consisted of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business Engagement Analysts, Service Managers, Test Analysts, Change Analysts, Trainers and former Nurses. Programme Highlights included:• Service Transition to IT Outsource provider• Transformed IT infrastructure for 8000+ users across 145 sites• Mobilised 4,300 clinicians working in Mental Health, Addictions, Offender Care, Sexual Health, Community Health and Learning Disabilities.• Digitized Multi-Disciplinary Meetings through the use of Skype for Business• Rationalised and migrated business and clinical applications to a manageable, future proof, supportable, cloud based architecture • Migrated just over 100TB to Cloud Storage • Almost removed paper from Trust processes• Realised the Trust vision for ‘More time for Care through Technology’
