Reporting to the CIO and SRO (COO), I successfully managed the IT Outsource provider CGI through Service Transition and Transformation of all commodity IT Infrastructure components.My team consisted of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business Engagement Analysts, Service Managers, Test Analysts, Change Analysts, Trainers and former Nurses. Programme Highlights included:• Service Transition to IT Outsource provider• Transformed IT infrastructure for 8000+ users across 145 sites• Mobilised 4,300 clinicians working in Mental Health, Addictions, Offender Care, Sexual Health, Community Health and Learning Disabilities.• Digitized Multi-Disciplinary Meetings through the use of Skype for Business• Rationalised and migrated business and clinical applications to a manageable, future proof, supportable, cloud based architecture • Migrated just over 100TB to Cloud Storage • Almost removed paper from Trust processes• Realised the Trust vision for ‘More time for Care through Technology’
