Reported to the Vice President of Recruitment and served as the chief advisor in the company for all issues related to attracting, admitting, and tracking foreign students as well as Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issues and regulations. Interpreted DHS regulations concerning the admissions and tracking of foreign students and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to those regulations.Created and coordinated worldwide recruitment efforts through Trade Events, Joint Marketing Efforts, and Pairing Agreements. Developed partnerships with foreign institutions to promote student enrollments for the online programs. (India, China Brazil) Created a new enterprise, the Office of International Admissions, which handled the recruitment and admissions of international students for 74 traditional colleges and an online college. Determined the IT structural needs to analyze transcripts and course equivalency, and also receive payment for tuition, and admissions fees for foreign students, and tracking students. Created an Internet portal that encouraged foreign student enrollment while providing information and assistance for potential applicants. Advised 74 School Directors located in 28 states on all issues related to DHS regulations and foreign student issues. Developed Global Alliances with world’s most innovative Human Resource Development consulting organizations.Conducted research and development on computer based distance learning.Developed alliance with Leadingway Corporation to bring their KnowledgeOne System to the Korean market. KnowledgeOne merges eLearning & Knowledge Management into one seamless application. The first company in Korea to adopt this system was LG-EDS at its internal Technical University. LG-EDS now ((LG-CNS) partnered with our Digital Learning Institute to bring this next generation technology to its clients in the Asian market. Other international research alliances with Community Intelligence Labs (CIL) were developed in the field of Knowledge Ecosystems; we jointly built a community of practice on this topic, which explores methods of integrating on-line, an off-line learning into a natural process with a holistic approach to learning in the digital age. Designed and market educational programs, to multinational companies working in East Asia. Program development team member, Program included change management, team empowerment and organizational leadership programs based on the best selling book “FISH”. Export sales management, transportation, and documentation. The parent company based in Lima, Peru employed me to set up lines of distribution for their “white asparagus”. This product is an off season product in Germany, that is to say, it is grown in Peru, in Germany’s winter time when local fresh produce in this category in unavailable. Set up two lines of distribution at the wholesale level; the business operated successfully for one season after 2 months of marketing, due to the collapse for the Peruvian Government and banking institutions the parent company was unable to complete its production and delivery schedule the next season.

Directed lunch room operations at Patrick Henry Village Elementary. Provided leadership for 6 person team of employees and volunteers. Implemented meal plans as set out by Department of Defense. Ordered supplies, coordinated with school administration, conducted cash accounting and performed personnel functions.
