Started out as a basic home computer technician, and quickly worked my way up to a business tech.Was the main tech for a group of doctor's offices, keeping up 100+ users and 5-10 servers. These servers included a domain server, blackberry enterprise server, exchange server, print server, and four terminal servers. Picked up many new clients through my relations with doctors and medical staff.Through working with many different practices, I was able to hear the pros and cons to many different EMR programs and give advice on which ones to stay away from as well as suggest an appropriate program for a specific practice.Learned how to properly bill clients.

Business Tech

Worked under Sam Cole as a student technician.Studied to get A+ certification, and learned a lot about troubleshooting, and talking with clients on a level they could understand.I was the first student of 13 at North Forsyth to get in to the Fortech program. In this program, I worked for an hour and a half a day on computer related issues across North Forsyth High, Middle, and Coal Mountain Elementary.
