At Cann Group I was employed on a fixed term contract to assist with optimising the operations of the in field Medical Liaison Team, in addition to exploring potential high level partnerships with suppliers, practitioners and associated industry bodies. During this time I was actively involved in a restructure of personnel, facilitated implementation of coaching and procedural frameworks, while also liaising with prospective high level partners.

Wiley develops digital education, learning, assessment and certification solutions to help universities, businesses and individuals move between education and employment and fulfill their career ambitions.This role saw me responsible for the leadership and performance of a team delivering forward thinking, solution based, and innovative career ready solutions. By fostering relationships with academics at leading universities across the Oceania region, as well as a multitude of private colleges and RTOs, we supported institutions to deliver outstanding student outcomes. We did so by providing traditional and non-traditional formats for resources, as well as SaaS platforms to assist academics to improve their student's experiences.In December 2022, following a global restructure, I decided to explore opportunites more closely aligned with my personal career goals.

After establishing my own business in early 2021, I applied my many years of management experience to assist a sport and leisure retailer in the areas of Strategic Human Resources and Performance Management, as well as an industrial fabricator with Organisational Structure and Operational efficiency.

My team of direct reports have had a huge impact, and were frequently recognised and rewarded for their results. (ASX:BKL)I took the opportunity to move into a leadership role by relocating myself to Perth. Responsible for recruitment and development of a team of Account Managers across pharmacy, health food and grocery. This was a hybrid role, the only one of its type nationally, which also had responsibility for optimising the only satellite warehouse in the organisation. Responsibility included all major state-based pharmacy banner groups as well as several large Health Food store chains. After almost 3 years in WA, I relocated myself back to Victoria to be closer to family.
