I started in commercial real estate in 1980 as a BDO for a S&L in Florida. We developed 33 JV’s including commercial and residential properties. In 1983 I joined Westinghouse Credit as a Commercial Loan Officer for the State of Florida. In 1985 I founded DAW & Associates, a Commercial Mortgage Brokerage business, which I led for 30+ years until I joined C&W in 2017.Based in Tampa, FL, I specialize in loan file review, portfolio due diligence, underwriting, and data validation to facilitate remediation activities.
