The Optical CAE team is responsible for analysing the car design, particularly the interior from a customer point of view. The analysis is used to detect reflections, sun washout, or glare that could impact the customer experience and distract the customer from the driving task. The applications are for HMI A&U, Head-Up Displays, Headlamps and Tail Lamps.

The goal is to analyze our customer’s needs in terms of virtual reality in order to promote new real time products, offering the link between photometry and VR centers. The position includes:- Definition of software specifications during the development phase- Work on innovative interfaces- Test and Validation of the real time rendering engine- Getting.

After 2 years in the consulting group, my work get focused on the Visual Ergonomics activity that provide physics based rendering, to analyze the light reflections, in order to avoid critical effects such as potential glare. This position includes:- Following main accounts on the technical side, being sure that they have access to the most relevant.

This measurement system existed only as a prototype and the mission was to launch a production for 10 units. This position included:- Going from R&D to production- Quoting and ordering all parts- Managing a technician for assembly process- Calibration of the system
