- Technical lead of the company’s support team providing professional guidance direction and 3rd level support.- Building and designing information and security systems for rapidly growing companies (from 20 to hundreds of employees).- Administration and support Microsoft and Linux based systems (Exchange, RDS, SQL and Active Directory) and automate daily tasks with Powershell.- Working with security technologies, VPN, Antivirus, anti-spam filters, IPS/IDS and web filters.- Manage and support switches/routers/firewalls (Fortigate, Checkpoint, Avaya, Cisco). implement network segregation via VLANS and plan multi-site networks.- Implement and maintain, Backup systems, design backup strategies and build DR sites based on Symantec, Veeam, Nakivo and storage replication.- Administer and setup multiple VMware based clusters, migrate physical to virtual and virtual to virtual environments.- Design storage systems capacity planning, tuning and performance optimization (ISCSI/FC SANs).- Working with cloud applications, Okta, Duo, Office365 and AWS.- Design and build complex cloud-based production environments based on AWS cloud technologies and maintain multi-site connectivity to the cloud via VPN and direct-connect.

- Provide server maintenance and installation, desktop deployment and end user support.- Writing internal technical documentation, manuals and automated procedures.- Managing relationships with service providers, vendors and 3rd party developers/implementers.
