I meticulously review and approve all leasing files for accuracy.I take charge of regular reporting, conducting annual market analysis reports, and staying informed about new housing developments within the market. Building and maintaining relationships with college/university representatives is a key aspect of my role, as is overseeing marketing opportunities related to campus events and student organizations.Being hands-on, I actively participate in all leasing and marketing activities, ensuring our model units and tour areas are in impeccable condition. Additionally, I manage the content and availability of all marketing materials and advertising sources.In essence, I am dedicated to achieving our property goals by strategically managing marketing and leasing functions, fostering a successful team, and representing the company with professionalism and commitment to customer service.
