Sales conversion on target with 18% of leads converting to sales.-Designed and wrote an industry-leading policy contract with several coverages unique to our product.-Increased Homeowners sales conversion by 40% through design and implementation of a new Homeowners rating algorithm. -Recruited and staffed a 24-member Product Management organization. Recruits came from Progressive, GEICO, Farmers, Mercury, The Hartford, USAA, RLI, AAA Southern California, and AIG.
