The Basics:I am currently a Partner in our Local Government, Planning and Environmental Law Department.I have been with Marsdens since 1986 and have a broad range of experience in a number of areas of Litigation and have been a part of the Environmental Law section since 2001.My clients are mainly Local Government Authorities and as well as providing advice on planning and Local Government matters, I also appear in the Land and Environment Court and Local Court.The Marsdens Law Group History:Marsdens Law Group was founded by John Marsden as a one man practice in 1968.
