Helping lead Talent Acquisition efforts for Grey Group NY. Oversaw full lifecycle recruitment for all non-Creative roles at the agency, across both the Health & Wellness and Consumer (non H&W) pillars, and at all levels. Key Accomplishments:- Built and led the internal TA team of 4 (Sr Recruiter, Recruiter, Assoc Recruiter, TA Coordinator) - Oversaw and directly contributed to the successful hiring of over 300 FTE candidates in just 2.5 years during the most competitive labor market in decades, while reducing time to fill to ~23 days, and external recruitment vendor spend to $0- Acted as a strategic and consultative advisor to exec leadership on all things TA related (organizational development and structuring for new and existing client businesses, market conditions and comp rates, DEIB and talent pipeline/engagement strategies, liaison to WPP TA leadership, strategies, & initiatives) - Implemented new SOPs & processes, as well as co-lead implementation of a new CMS/ATS (Greenhouse) - Directly led the hiring of key executives within the departments of PM, RM, Communications, and Social & Connections Planning
