Continuing to assist organizations in developing their Strategies in HCM and HCM Technologies.Example of previous project:Strategic Advisor – HRIT Strategy(350,000 employees in 60 countries currently using SAP and Workday)David led a six person Appirio/Client team responsible for the development of a 5yr HRIT strategy and business case for an HCM unified platform. Approach to project included: current state evaluation and assessment, future state functional and technical requirements, development of future state recommendations, business case and deployment roadmap. Responsibilities included: client communication at all levels (C-suite to Functional Managers), delivery of all workshops and creation of all deliverables, managing deliverable deadlines and customer satisfaction, project updates to Stakeholders and risk assessment and mitigation.
