Analyze application system functions as they relate to information systems and system users. Analyze, plan, and implement new software releases.Define technical specifications and time schedules for modification of existing systems or implementing new systems. Provide administrative and technical support for the City of Santa Fe. I collaborate, lead and manage and all aspects of geospatial technologies for the city. I coordinate a broad range of GIS related activities such as: data integration; data quality analysis; data base management; training; vendor coordination and technology transfer. I manage, maintain and meet multifaceted responsibilities. I provide cartographic products and exhibits. I conduct spatial analyses and modeling. I develop and manage spatial and related data, web-based spatial applications, systems infrastructure, spatially-related projects and contractors. I support other agency GIS users and inter-agency projects with the City of Santa Fe geospatial framework. I provide solutions and technical support to advanced business, engineering or scientific work groups in accordance with established standards. I serve as interagency liaison at meetings concerning GIS information layering related to city department and management issues. I consult and collaborate with peers, subject matter experts, data architects and developers. I guide, mentor, train and support colleagues and junior staff. I manage geospatial and systems integration through administration of Cityworks maintenance management software and Cityworks Designer software. I maintain Cityworks software along with the SQL Server relational database. I plan, execute, and supervise fieldwork. I participate in professional development workshops and conferences in turn train and instruct others in the use of Cityworks applications and GIS. I participate in activities such as the Geo-spatial Advisory Committee (GAC) and recently attended the 2016 ESRI User Conference.

Provide geographical information system and general information technology support to Santa Fe City Water Department for hydrological evaluation in support of water resource management, conservation and legal documentation. Administrator of the Cityworks maintenance management software using Cityworks Designer software. Maintain the Cityworks software as well as the SQL Server relational database. Plan, execute, and supervise field work, participate in workshops and conferences, train and instruct others in the use of GIS and Cityworks applications. Create and maintain GIS data sets for use in infrastructure maintenance, characterization of hydrological conditions, development of hydrologic models and surface water assessments. Field collect GPS data for updating the GIS data set. Prepare exhibits and provide data, maps and other products to city water personnel, other city departments and the general public.
