Current.At Marizyme, my task is raising capital and aligning business priorities with limited resources in a publicly traded micro-cap medical device company needing FDA approval and a total business transformation. Early on I identified and partnered with an Investment Bank to raise capital and move through the Nasdaq uplisting process using my deep understanding of SEC regulations. I’ve focused on critical priorities and minimizing risk by building valuation drivers around a robust diversified product pipeline, CE-generated revenue, monetized data, a deep IP portfolio, and multiple channels . My persistent optimism has never been more evident than in partnering with investors, structuring the financing, fostering relationships, closing, and using the capital to increase shareholder value in an extremely difficult capital market. Nonetheless, I have transformed, advanced, and commercialized DuraGraft, an FDA-cleared and CE-marked storage and flushing solution for preventing vein graft failure during Coronary Bypass Graft Surgery. I ideated and executed visionary strategies, developing, and commercializing multiple platform technologies for cardiac surgery, fat grafting, and organ transplant. In addition, I raised capital leading to S-1 process completion and future up-listing to Nasdaq, driving current global revenue growth and establishing future commercial viability across multiple disciplines, strategic partners, and sales channels. Noteworthy, I’ve escalated shareholder value by aligning resources with revenue priorities, FDA clearance, manufacturing, US commercialization and clinical trials all while serving as a trusted advisor and SME to physicians, researchers, strategic partners, investment bankers and the Board. In future-forward action, I established a strategic clinical and utilization partnership for DuraGraft with HCA for 2025. As a final note, I doubled revenue growth with a targeted distribution plan and my vast network in Europe and Asia in one year.
