Directed 25 person work center as shift manager providing 24/7 time-critical operation and repair of enterprise network for 10 bases and 7 remote sites servicing 63K users. Served as primary point of contact to identify, resolve/escalate, and report any operational or network security issues.

Led 12 member team that provided theater support for network-launched applications and trouble ticketing system across nine Pacific Network Control Centers. Team oversaw network monitoring, software upgrades and troubleshooting of over 270 servers across two domains and 22 networks providing real-time analysis ensuring enterprise availability to 45K end.
