My foodservice career started in my Father's restaurant when I was just 10 years old. Since then I have worked in many different foodservice environments from full-service restaurants to quick-serve restaurants to catered events. Through working as a dishwasher, cook, server, bartender, and manager I was able to fully understand the ins and outs of working in the restaurant industry.
