Consulted with institutions of higher education in their quest to tie their disparate information system silos into a single Unified Digital Campus (UDC). Methods used to accomplish this goal included providing technical consulting, installation, upgrading, migration, and integration services for SunGard Higher Education's Luminis portal system.

Assisted small and medium sized businesses with doing business with the Department of Defense using electronic commerce methods and technologies. Also assisted DoD installations (i.e. Barksdale AFB, Whiteman AFB) with various technical projects (i.e. developed and presented training program for desktop support personnel, developed electronic records management system, consulted on web-based procurement system). The ECRC program (there were 17 offices nationwide) had been funded by a grant from the Department of Defense. After the "Internet bubble" burst in mid-2000 the grant was not renewed.
