A children and youth based organization working as a Resource Mobilization officer. I closely work and report to the Executive Director. As a Projects coordinator am responsible for all projects implemented by the organization ensuring that all the programs and projects run and function effectively as per the organization strategic plan and objectives. I design work plans, and activity schedules, staff capacity building by organizing in-house trainings, resource mobilization, lobbying and networking with other organizations, training and sensitization of community members and other stakeholders as per the project target, monitor the performance of the projects implemented and present reports to Executive Director and other stakeholder and also represent the organization at different meetings and other forums.

Human Rights based networking organization. Worked as an Advocacy, Monitoring and Outreach Officer January 2011 to January 2012. Tasked with developing advocacy and awareness strategies under the different purpose of engaging influential stakeholders in human rights and development that will be a working tool for SAHRiNGON and its members while advocating for human rights and development., develop data collection tools and coordinating the data collection and reporting activities associated with Members activities, establish monitoring and evaluation framework reports and system to ensure effective implementation Strategic plan, Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring and evaluation report based on agreed Chapter indicators that guide decision making and program implementation, also tasked to manage and direct the organization’s advocacy and campaign strategies and ensure effective implementation of those strategies, monitor and report on the effectiveness of Chapter’s advocacy work and activities to the management and perform other duties assigned to you by the National Coordinator.
