My team delivered all the new product introductions and online promotions. • Team lead for a remote team of eight people based in four locations around the world. • Led a project to deploy a new online product catalogue content and publishing system with a new webpage design and an improved content management back-end system using agile project management.• Member of the HP Star Wars “Keep Reinventing” marketing campaign team in 2015. My team was responsible for the creation of the global product microsite combining all of the relevant Star Wars product content and media for this high-profile launch, which was a huge success for the company.

This project resulted in the on-time publishing metrics increasing to 100% on-time NPIs published (from a base of 62% one year earlier). • Implemented a Search Engine Optimisation improvement for the HP product catalogue pages to achieve a top listing for the HP product pages in Google search.
