I manage, track and evaluate projects and associated tasks for performance and deliverables for the Defense Health Agency. Part of a team providing production O&M support services for several user-facing applications. Accountable for the project team’s day-to-day execution and compliance with prescribed methodology process, including project charter development, project initiation and facilitation, project plan development, risk and issues management, quality planning, and communications planning.

In my current position, I manage diverse IT innovation programs and projects, particularly surrounding ONR-BD06 PMO. I am in charge of developing technical briefings, and facilitating the design, integration, and testing of various solutions, and proactively identifying potential opportunities and risks. As a Senior Consultant, I supported OCONUS (ONE-Net) integration into NMCI for the Department of the Navy, PMW-205. This involved conducting gap analysis of existing business processes and IT infrastructure tools, and determining the value add of Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) offerings.

While at Kilderkin, I continued to support the Marine Corps Network Infrastructure Services (PM MCNIS) project as an extension of my work at Jacobs Technology. I analyzed technical refresh rollouts utilizing custom-made Excel spreadsheets, and reported finding and recommendations to project leads.

At Jacobs Technology, I supported the Secure Operational Network Infrastructure and Communications (SONIC) and PM MCNIS projects. This included developing and maintaining detailed scopes of work, project charters, work breakdowns, resource requirements, and transition plans. I also defined and documented core processes for the IT Facilities Management team utilizing ITIL v3 and PRM. Finally, I assessed tool requirements, analyzed options, and made key recommendations for the adoption of IT solutions. ITIL v3 Foundations certified. Assessment of tool requirements, analysis of tool alternatives and recommendations on the types of systems that should be used. Here, I led the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) project to roll out the Navy Marine Corp. Intranet (NMCI) platform. I supported the NMCI PMO across diverse enterprise initiatives, and served as the West Coast Technical Regional Refresh Manager.

In this position, I managed a group with a $200M IDIQ five-year NASA contract. I supervised IT analysts, testers, and compliance specialists across the entire SDLC, reviewed project documentation, and developed high-, medium-, and low-level project and technical plans.

While at ITS, I was promoted to provide enterprise-level IT leadership, particularly over the network operating center. Most notably, I supported a $3M HUD information assurance initiative to produce security plans and risk assessments of 156 computer systems, and successfully completed all deliverables two months ahead of schedule. I also steered the development of HUD’s voucher management system, from requirements gathering through six development phases through delivery.
