CurrentI co-founded an entrepreneurial law firm, building the business from the ground up and conducting extensive business development efforts to achieve significant client volume. I serve as outside counsel for a diverse base of corporate clients and leverage my expertise to provide guidance and support to technology vendors, global media companies, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and telecom companies. I have over 20 years of legal experience and have received the "AV Preeminent" Rating by Martindale-Hubbell (Top 5% of Attorneys) and the “Super Lawyers” designation in the areas of Technology and Commercial Agreements. Having a wide level of experience representing both vendors and enterprise customers, I’ve developed a valuable understanding of “current market” terms across a wide range of legal areas, particularly those involving the licensing & ownership of IP, legal and financial risk management, processing of customer data, and information security compliance. My specialty is negotiating complex business and commercial transactions within tight deadlines that require seamless collaboration among key client stakeholders to prioritize and achieve legal and business objectives.Given the depth of my legal and entrepreneurial experience, I’m able to quickly establish a high level of trust with my clients so they can achieve a responsible and strategic balance of business, compliance and legal risks among their key customer/business partner relationships.
