Current- Hire and develop guest service representatives and managers to provide exceptional customer service and increase sales and services at the Center by initiating, coordinating and promoting numerous programs.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience far exceeding corporate expectations
- Traveling to multiple centers to audit, coach, and conduct competitive research to provide new insight and ideas to Management and Marketing
- Fine tuning the Guest Services programs to meet the unique needs of our customers
- Partner with Marketing to create and execute new programsEmphasis on continuous team coaching and development Responsible for completion of sales reports, scheduling to meet the needs of the booth while remaining.
