Lead research program on 2D materials (GaTe, GaSe) and wide bandgap oxides (β-Ga2O3). Using deposition techniques such as Plasma Assisted Molecular Bean Epitaxy (PAMBE), sputtering and e-beam evaporation. Collaborate with faculty from RENEW, MDI, Chemistry, Physics, and Electrical Engineering. The films are characterized by Hall effect, SEM, Spectrophotometry, AFM, and x-ray diffraction.
