REV. 979 (2010), concerning the United States Supreme Court authority over constitutional interpretation in relation to state supreme courts.

Researched and monitored current international refugee law at the European Court of Human Rights and issues concerning the United Nations Committee against Torture in its implementation of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.

Primary Legal Intern on Amnesty International USA et al. v CIA et al. and the FOIA aspects of Mohammed et al. v. Jeppesen Dataplan, Inc.
