My teams recruit senior white-collar roles to positions in Contact Centres, Banking Operations, Business Support, and Accounting. My role is largely centred around account management/development activities and the operational leadership of staff, which includes the hiring, training and ongoing development of recruiters, as well as constantly looking to enhance the way we operate to ensure customer centricity exists in everything we do.
