In turn, leadership gains critical, in-the-moment insights that guide their decision-making and support their engagement and communication efforts.With 25 years of experience in management consulting, leadership advice, and strategy, I have developed a pretty good understanding of the human aspects of work and the challenges that leaders face in creating a productive and connected workplace. We describe our work at Harkn as "helping companies hear more of what matters", and I'm proud of the way we do it as we know we're regularly able to help leaders hear things they otherwise wouldn't about life inside their business. We've also developed market-leading capabilities around identifying and supporting those people who are showing early signs of distress at work. Alongside my work with Harkn, I am also a Director and Trustee of The Churn Project, a community-based charity that supports the most vulnerable and marginalised people in the Cirencester area. The Churn Project aims to reduce isolation and improve the well-being of local people, particularly those who are lonely, at a point of transition in their lives, or experiencing mental health issues. I am proud to be part of this organisation that makes a real difference in people's lives.
