The system was integrated into a variety of corporate applications, such as Field Work Force Management, SCADA, and Asset Management systems. • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Security Remediation Project – ($3M) Successful application for funding from the Federal Attorney Generals Department under the Critical Network Vulnerability Assessment (CNVA) Program to conduct a security upgrade of City West Waters GE iFix SCADA System. • Field Workforce Management System Rollout (FOCUS) Successfully rollout out a new Electronic Field Work Force Management Solution – Field Operative Case Utility System (FOCUS) to 100+ field crews including full integration with Geographic Information, Asset Management and SCADA systems. • Environmental Management Information System (EMIS)– Custom .NET application development for the management of trade waste contracts and regulatory compliance. Integrated into Gentrack Customer Information and TRIM document management systems, the EMIS System resulted in an 18% improvement in revenue and compliance with regulatory requirements (EPA) with a payback period of less than 2 years. • Developer Activity Management System Development Tendered for the development of a bespoke workflow application based on SQL and .NET environments to manage developer application lifecycle process for new housing and commercial estates with integration to Geographic Information, Customer Information, and document management systems.
